Scott Lyle Laverty born 1972, is a retired American military officer who is currently working for the California Highway Patrol and based in eastern California.
Laverty has attended numerous educational institutions to include: Nazarene College, Harvard University, Trinity Law School, and the Army Command and General Staff College. His education includes both BA and MA Degrees.
