Dr. Muntaha Banihani is the head of Talal Abu-Ghazalah University College for Innovation (TAGUCI). She is the first academic to introduce a “Diversity Management” course into the curriculum of MBA program in Jordan. In less than five years after completing her PhD, she published research in several reputable journals, became the head of a major department at a Jordanian university, and established TAGUCI.
