My name is Bruce Watley and I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 20 years in the outdoor sports industry. In 2010 I made the transition into higher education having various roles at the University of Sioux Falls; I am currently serving as interim-Dean of the business school. I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership – emphasis in Human Resource Development.
